architectural beauties in Bucharest

I visited Bucharest for business recently and was fortunate enough to finish my meetings on time and be able to roam around town in search of architectural beauties. Here are some of them in random order

First and foremost: a beautiful late nineteenth century mansion a the corner of Victoria and Dacia Boulevards:

Now the Cantacuzino Palace, the former house of Romanian composer George Enescu and now the National George Enescu Museum

There are many other interesting buildings all over town, and I wish that I’ll have the time to visit Bucharest at my pace one day.
