1930 Council Estate Rue Daguerre (B&W)

The so-called HBMs (affordable housing estates) of the 1930s are far from being unpleasant. Most of them have become Art Deco landmarks, mostly all around the City, when they were built in the moots of the old fortifications. This one is located Rue Daguerre. There are worse places to live. No wonder people are fighting to live in those council estates!
