Landing Beaches (Sword Beach)

So beautiful and so peaceful now; imagine that beach on June 6th, 1944, some 70 years ago, with “an invasion fleet from eight different navies, comprising 6,939 vessels: 1,213 warships, 4,126 landing craft of various types, 736 ancillary craft, and 864 merchant vessels. There were 195,700 naval personnel involved”. Their sacrifice shall be remembered.

    • Thanks for your visit Alfred. Let me know if and how I could help you if needs be. On your contact page you have written something about your G+ account but you forgot to add the links. Ditto for Facebook and Twitter.

  2. I have seen plenty of useful items on your web-site about pc’s. However, I’ve got the viewpoint that lap tops are still more or less not powerful more than enough to be a good choice if you usually do jobs that require many power, like video modifying. But for internet surfing, word processing, and a lot other popular computer functions they are okay, provided you may not mind the little screen size. Thank you for sharing your ideas.
