The huge clock on the top floor of the Musée d’Orsay in Paris is one of its most interesting fixtures. It is reminiscent of the days when the museum was a railway station and not yet a museum. Later it was converted into a theatre in the 1970s, and later on (early 1980s) was turned into a museum.
