T\u00eatedoie, aka Goosehead in English, has nothing to do with a wild goose chase. It&#8217;s merely the name of a <a href=\"https:\/\/tetedoie.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chef in Lyon<\/a>. And I assure you we weren&#8217;t served goose head either. Our lunch was very good indeed. The restaurant is very trendy, on the heights of Fourvi\u00e8re, the hill above the old City of <a href=\"https:\/\/antimuseum.com\/en\/2015\/01\/28\/lyon\/\">Lyon<\/a>. Christian T\u00eatedoie has opted for a very 70s vintage decor. Here are a few examples.<\/p>\n<h2>Goosehead high cuisine lunch above Lyon<\/h2>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/antimuseum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/49813022017_040cc72654_k.jpg?resize=1000%2C662&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"High Cuisine\" width=\"1000\" height=\"662\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We should also mention the garden seats, sculpted from Plexiglas.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/antimuseum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/49813016652_c622e8239e_k.jpg?resize=1000%2C662&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"High Cuisine\" width=\"1000\" height=\"662\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The pictures are a bit old. They were taken in 2012. In fact, the story is a bit of a sad one. I was best man to a wedding. 10 years later that couple divorced and I have mixed memories of that day. Memories of a good meal and a pleasant day spent with friends. At the same time I miss my friends.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/antimuseum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/49812177543_950eb0aa01_k.jpg?resize=1000%2C663&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"High Cuisine\" width=\"1000\" height=\"663\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It took place in April 2012, 12 years to the day. You will not find any pictures of food on this page. We will leave that to instagrammers, I used to do that a lot at the beginning of Instagram 15 years ago. But I must admit that I don&#8217;t use the platform very much anymore. And it&#8217;s certainly not a good idea because, Instagram is very important when it comes to photography, even though it&#8217;s a very different kind of photography altogether.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/antimuseum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/49812183958_832dd2506f_k.jpg?resize=1000%2C662&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"662\" \/><\/p>\n<p>April is tulip season <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/antimuseum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/49813018997_f73b4be1da_k.jpg?resize=1000%2C662&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"662\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And <a href=\"https:\/\/antimuseum.com\/en\/2022\/04\/09\/cherry-blossoms\/\">cherry blossoms<\/a> as well. <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/antimuseum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/49813017112_623e448737_k.jpg?resize=1000%2C663&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"663\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The view from the restaurant is stunning, the April weather wasn&#8217;t. It&#8217;s all a bit sad, all this rain. In Italy (sposa bagnata, sposa fortunata) \u00a0and France (mariage pluvieux, mariage heureux), one claims that rain on one&#8217;s wedding day brings good luck, but it&#8217;s not always the case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Goosehead high cuisine headline could be a joke but it&#8217;s not.
