Danger! Death Is Everywhere
Today’s (or yesterday’s rather) theme is danger. It’s true, “Death is everywhere, there are flies on the windscreen“. There are Tsunami evacuation routes in the PNW too.
One may even see the odd pedestrian. Dangerous kind those ones.
And sometimes, roads lead nowhere.
Smoking kills. Not only people, trees and forests too as in St Marguerite opposite Cannes.
On Rugby fields there are dangers as well. See how that guy is running like hell and fearing his opponents might catch up.

A nice take on the challenge.
Once again I’m inspired (and amused!) by your creative take on these challenges, Yann. As someone who writes *a lot* of disclosure copy I can confirm that death really is everywhere. The trick is to have as rich a life as possible — and hopefully wear a happier expression than your rugby player. 🙂
Thanks for your kind feedback Heide. The rugby player in question did score and his team (the French team) won the match. Rugby sevens (for that’s what it was) is quite exacting and players who run like this can only do that a few times before they crash.
Here’s to running like hell, Yann, and to French teams winning rugby matches, and to reassuring election results. Vive la France!
You’re bloody well right here. Cross our fingers the old git overseas shoots himself once more in the foot. He’s nearly there.
I’m beginning to despair, Yann … the old git seems to be made of Teflon! Nothing seems to stick — not even his own self-inflicted wounds.
Indeed. Withdrawal seems improbable, WSJ commented last Friday. Let’s not give up hope entirely.
