Luxury, peace, and pleasure.

  1. I love all the leading lines … they really create a sense of movement that feels as if it could sweep those two figures on the platform away. Great frame, Yann!

    • Thank you kindly Heide and sorry about the late response. My iMac took ages to repair but now I’m back in the saddle. I hope all is well with you and that you will soon be able to escape the mists of Minnesota to enjoy the early Parisian Spring and visit us.

      • My iMac needs a tune-up too, Yann, but I’ve been reluctant to take it in exactly for the reason you cite. But glad to hear you’re back in the saddle, electronically speaking! All is well here, thank you, apart from a winter of truly historic proportions. But if it doesn’t kill us it makes us stronger, yes? Meanwhile, I’ve been delighted to hear the various reports of Paris’ early taste of spring. Profites-en bien ! If it’s still nice in a couple of months (who knows with Paris!) we can have a coffee en terrasse. That sounds like a fantastical dream to me right now …

      • Indeed! I wonder if public sentiment on the protests will sour, after a mother and daughter nearly died in their apartment yesterday? I wonder too if my sister and her partner will want to cancel their trip in May. Sigh.
