the pixellated fountain
This is no illusion and there was no tampering with this picture which was only slightly cropped. I captured the droplets at very high speed (1/800 sec), low ISO (100) and at a distance so that the whole picture would be crisp (long depth of field). Shot in the late afternoon of a hot late October day in Paris today, while the sun was still high in the sky.
I'm a photographer and watercolourist. I have practiced photography since childhood and digital photography since 1995. I turned it into my main occupation in 2021. I own a photo studio in Paris, France. Antimuseum.com is both my photo blog and the website for my photography business. My public Flickr space is available at https://flickr.com/yag
