The Red Coat – Vivian Style
I have just come back from a stroll around St Georges. At a time when art gallery owners are smoking a cig in the doorway of their shops. I couldn’t help taking a photo in Vivian Maier style after seeing that film last night. I tried a black and white version but I think the top one works best.
I'm a photographer and watercolourist. I have practiced photography since childhood and digital photography since 1995. I turned it into my main occupation in 2021. I’ve seen an expo of her work in Amsterdam recently but haven’t seen yet this documentary … I do agree the red one is more powerful (even if Vivian’s work was mainly in B&W :). Well done Yann.
🙂
The red one is stunning! I love it
Very kind. Thanks
